Voluntary Work

We are often approached by people looking to break into the world of film and TV via the well worn route of unpaid work experience. We also get lots of companies coming to us to look for volunteers and so we are keen to help.

You will find the current voluntary opportunities over in the right hand column.

However, we are also aware that volunteers run the risk of being exploited if they don’t know what their rights are – and what they are entitled to - when it comes to volunteering, work experience or freelance work. To make sure you know the difference, please read the BECTU information on work experience and the minimum wage.
