Creative people need to continually develop their ability to stay creative, both with their products and the way they market and sell those products. A creative career in the media industries is changeable and unpredictable; a journey that will involve juggling many hats and many skills.

South West Screen wants to make sure that everybody, at any point in their career, can access the training and support they need to strengthen these skills, make money and survive in a highly competitive sector.

We believe that everybody has the potential to be an asset to our industries, what ever their background. In fact, we believe that the more stories people bring with them, the better. It's those diverse voices that make our culture rich, both culturally and economically.
