Here are some of the great projects that we're currently supporting.


Digital Shorts

Digital Shorts teams 2010
Nine filmmakers/filmmaking teams are currently developing their short film project ideas under this year's Digital Shorts scheme. These nine will be whittled down to a final 4 which will go into full production. The teams will be blogging during the development process and you can find out more about them here.


Grime City

Grime City

Sam Morrison is following on from the success of his black and white short Rocket Science (runner up for best comedy at the British Animation Awards) with a full-colour 11-minute series pilot of the same characters entitled Grime City P.D. Follow its progress here.

BBC Multiplatform Workshop

In November 2009 South West Screen, as part of the Bristol-BBC-Anchor Project , led a BBC Science Multiplatform Workshop. 

Lisa Sargood, Multiplatform Commissioning Executive for Science & Natural History and Rubin Shah, Future Media & Technology from BBC were present along with the 15 local digital and TV companies below. Read about it here.
